Why I built it
Real estate agents need listings, a map, and showing requests that look like their office — not a luxury MLS portal. Most ready-made themes hide the houses behind tools agents will not use.
What I did
I built a setup wizard for name, colors, and sample listings, plus Appearance → Acreline Settings for listing, agent, and booking extras. Marketing pages use normal WordPress blocks. Brokers edit listings and agents in wp-admin. No page builder.

An agent can install the theme, run the wizard, and start listing properties. Hire me to brand it or load real inventory.
Architecture
- Sage 11 + Blade + Tailwind v4 + Vite 8.
- Setup wizard under Appearance → Acreline Setup.
- Gutenberg marketing blocks (Block Generator + Migrate to Blocks) plus Appearance → Acreline Settings for listing, agent, booking, and display toggles.
- Listings, agents, and bookings as post types (optional Acreline Core so they survive a theme switch).
- Compliance slots for Fair Housing, MLS/IDX disclaimers, and showing-form consent.
- Native SEO tags yield to Yoast / Rank Math / SEOPress / AIOSEO.
Handoff
You get the theme zip and a short guide. Run the setup wizard, then edit pages in WordPress. Hire me to load your listings or set the brand.
Questions
Is Acreline a real estate theme?
Yes. Acreline is a WordPress real estate theme for offices that need listings, a map, agents, and showing requests — without a suburban MLS skin or Elementor stack.
Does Acreline include a setup wizard?
Yes. After you activate the theme, Appearance → Acreline Setup walks identity, color style, and optional demo content. You can skip it and use Customize anytime.
What do I get when I buy Acreline?
The marketplace pack: acreline.zip (upload in Appearance → Themes), optional child theme, Acreline Core plugin, and HTML documentation. Instant download after checkout. The theme includes the setup wizard. Hire me if you want branded installation or inventory import.
Is Acreline a live MLS or IDX theme?
No. It ships with demo inventory you manage in WordPress. Listings are a custom post type agencies edit in wp-admin. Wire a real MLS/IDX feed later — the UI does not depend on IDX chrome and the post type survives a theme switch via Acreline Core.
How does a real estate agency edit page copy?
Marketing pages use Core Gutenberg blocks with live ServerSideRender previews — your agents edit them directly in wp-admin. Listings, agents, and bookings use classic metaboxes. Brand, phone, and colors stay in Customize → Identity (or the setup wizard). No developer needed for day-to-day edits.
Can I white-label Acreline for a client real estate agency?
Yes. Theme code is GPLv2 or later. Sage / Acorn remain MIT (GPL-compatible). You can install it for a client agency, customize it, resell services on top, or fork it as a white-label base. The child theme is included for safe agency customization.
Do I need Elementor or ACF for Acreline?
No. Marketing pages use the included Gutenberg blocks. Listings and agents use metaboxes. Identity lives in the Customizer and the setup wizard. Do not install a page builder — it adds no value and conflicts with the block architecture.
Can you install or customize Acreline for my real estate office?
Yes. Buy the pack for self-serve, or Get help and I brand it, import your listings, and hand off wp-admin editing to your brokers. I can also wire a real MLS feed or build custom listing filters for your market.
